Reservation and Cancellation Policy

By making a reservation, you declare full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the reservation, payment, and cancellation policies.

The price is relative to the services you choose.

If you wish to issue an invoice, you must inform us at the time of making your reservation.

Upon your arrival at the premises, you must have already fully paid the amount.


A. Individual appointments at bungalow 7

The following terms apply to reservations concerning your stay following an individual appointment in the type of accommodation Bungalow 7.

- Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are made via bank transfer or other official methods declared when confirming the reservation.

Enkardia Wellness reserves the right to verify the validity of credit cards at any time.

- Prepayment

A prepayment is required to secure the appointment.

- Cancellations and Changes to Reservations

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the customer is charged 100% of the reservation amount.

For cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, the customer is charged 50% of the reservation amount.

For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, the reservation amount is fully refunded to the customer.

The option to change the date is given once without additional charge, based on availability and provided that the change request is made at least 24 hours in advance.


B. Appointments for high-value service provision

The following terms apply to reservations concerning the provision of high-value services.

- Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are made via bank transfer or other official methods declared when confirming the reservation.

Enkardia Wellness reserves the right to verify the validity of credit cards at any time.

- Deposit and Payments

To secure the appointment, the customer is required to make a deposit of 30% of the total cost. The remaining 70% is paid as follows: a. up to 30 days before the service provision date regarding retreats and events, b. from 14 to 30 days before the service provision date, depending on the type of services provided (yachts/villas). By accepting the offer and paying the deposit, the customer fully accepts the terms of this policy. 

- Cancellations and Changes to Reservations

For cancellations made more than 60 days before the appointment, any amount paid will be refunded to the customer excluding the deposit.

For cancellations made 30 to 59 days before the appointment, the customer is charged 50% of the total amount.

For cancellations made less than 30 days before the appointment, the customer is charged 100% of the total amount.

The Enkardia Wellness team may consider the possibility of changing the date or partial refund in cases where the customer canceled an appointment due to force majeure. A necessary condition is the submission of a document from the customer, indicating that there were force majeure reasons that led to the cancellation of the appointment.
